1. To harvest a corpse and sell it's organs for profit.
2. To trick someone into donating an organ, and then later use it for monetary gain-esp. the kidney.
Joe: "Hey Mikey, where did you get that cooler with a heart and set of kidneys?"
Mikey: "Oh, you know how Tim just got hit by a bus? Yeah, I totally just organzied him."
