One who spews words endlessly and endlessly, talking and jabbering on and on with no regard to anyone else's opinions or feelings, just babbling non-stop regardless of the situation or appropriateness and uses words incorrectly or out-of-context, involving the listener in some massively lame inside joke no one outside of a group of two or three people could possibly understand.

also: a loud-mouth jerk.
