The expression upon one's face during the moment in which one orgasms.
Called the "Oscar moment" because it is the high-point during sex, much like receiving an Oscar would be the high-point in an actor's/actress' career.
Steve: Dude, her Oscar moment was disgusting.
John: Yeah, what did it look like?
Steve: She looked like... Sarah Jessica Parker crossed with a burn victim.
John: Nasty.
