What is Osrp?

An internet related acronym to refer to an Overly Sexual/Random Pre-teen. Most typically found on Internet Relay Chat rooms (IRC), or other forms of chat rooms. Often times, the OSRP does not mean any such actions. This term is related to paedobait.
