3. Serious pain is obvious due to the need to rub head on ground due to extremely painful moments
4. Often seen during soccer games after weak players get kicked, fall to the ground and hold their knees, while rubbing head on ground
JJ: Did you see that guy digging his head into the ground like an ostrich? I know it's worse than a sprain, that's ostrich pain.
