An entirely new level of insanity. To have gone completely batshit, and then a step further. Jumping on the couch crazy often combined with a touch of homosexuality. (ie. tom cruise) A state of mind where there has been a complete and total loss of control of mind and body. The point of insanity in which the brain begins to literally start to leak out of the facial orifices.
