The janitor in Capcom's Dead Rising. He always calls Frank at the worst possible times, mostly telling you things you don't need to know:
"Looks like you've made it to the Food Court, Frank. There's a lot of restaurants there."
Otis the Janitor is a Dead Rising's Peppy from Star Fox 64.
He tells you everything you need to know... over and over and over.
Otis the Janitor: "Frank - That girl woke up. Brad's ready to interrogate her. You'd better get back to the Security Room, quick!"
