A combination of the Spanish "otra" (meaning other) and "schizophrenia" (a situation or condition that results from the coexistence of disparate or antagonistic qualities, identities, or activities). "Otraschizophrenia" indicates a psychological condition in which someone treats other people as though they are interacting with two different people
