Otu here is an idiom in the Hipno language. An idiom for sex, its literal translation is "WHILE FORGING AN ALLIANCE WITH SEAL TRADERS." Its roots are found in Hipno Squash, a dialect of Hipno spoken mostly in Bitno Rogue, but also selectively in Japen.
