The broad category that encompasses all times when body fat (typically a female's) protrudes from clothing. Muffin tops, visible FUPAs, etc. all fall under the outfat category.
Sarah: Jennifer! I love your outfat!
Jennifer: Thanks, I got it at H&M!
Sarah: Outfat, not outfit.
