A model for males which women prefer unconsciously over nice guys. While women do not necessarily like outlaws, bikers, or a combination of the aforementioned, the word partially serves to indicate the hypocrisy of female mentality.

Made popular and turned pseudo-mainstream by IntellectualWhores and the published Ladder Theory. Ladder Theory also uses the term Unemployed Alcoholic but Outlaw Biker and Unemployed Alcoholic are not mutually interchangeable.
