What is Over-dance?

Adding excessive steps and moves to a song for the sake of attention. Trying to compensate for lack of rhythm and dancing ability with a large amount of bodily movement.
Wow, look at that guy over-dance! Although he lacks rhythm he certainly makes up for it with effort.
