When a girl commonly but can olso be applied to a guy... over glossifies her/his mouth with lipgloss out of habit not because of neccesity. Basically a woman obsessed with her lipgloss who proceeds to reapply every 5 minutes-2 minutes.
1. I missed the overglossification that happened at my middle school, it gave me something to look at in the middle of class.
