acting like you hate some one when you really want to get with them, or you actually really like them. people often do this when they're not ready to admit they like someone.
When a girl is overrejecting a guy, she will often try and burst his ego. She will also talk to her friends about said guy in a manner that makes him seem like hes not likeable.
