What is Ovms?

Oak Valley Middle School. Located in 4s Ranch near the big Carmel Valley mountain thing. Population about probably near a 1000. IDK it's just a guess. Relatively diverse ethnic groups. ( Asians, Caucasians, Blacks, other races which idk bout) hehe. This school was made i think in 2005. Meaning kids first started to go to it in 2005. This school is also very cheesy with it's monday lessons ( on how to be a good falcon).The school made up with kids that are either rich or middle class. It's architecture kinda looks like a jail. It looks like a jail and is one. The school has a weird schedule. It is made up of odd and even days. So basically in a school week ur schedule would either have days that are odd, even, odd, even,odd, or the schedule might have days that are even, odd,even, odd, even. Oak Valley also has a variety of electives ( which btw u don't even get to choose unless it's band or orchestra). The school even has something called an encore. Encore is a period either before lunch or after lunch for some kids. Encore is 2 dif. periods. Ur encore for an odd day can be L.A. workshop or kinda like a second elective. Ur encore period for an even day can have l.a workshop or a second elective. The encore period in my mind is a waste of a period. Instead if we didn't have this extra period we could get out of school earlier.
Oak Valley also has a P.E. department. It's teachers are ( Coach Deddeh, Coach Sheehan, Coach Kenny and Coach Smith)
Coach Deddeh- The coach who is kinda overweight. No offense. For this reason many of her students make fun of her behind her back. Which is kinda mean in my opinion. She is an ok coach but she does not talk much with her students. Coach Deddeh is pretty awesome, some may disagree.
Coach Sheehan - The coach who seems like a guy who is very happy with his life. He's the coach that seems like the guy , when he was young , may have been a jock or popular, He is very tan and usually has a hat on. He makes jokes with you even if he doesn't know you. This coach is favored by many.
Coach Kenny- A coach who was once a very fast runner. He was telling my friends and I that he once could run a mile in 5 min. Pretty fast eh. Well this coach has kinda a girly voice. Kids also make fun of him by calling him gay b/c of his high voice. ( i do not support this ). He is also the leader of ASB in oak Valley. Coach Kenny's students tend to be kinda athletic. Coach Kenny is still pretty awesome.
Coach Smith - A woman who you do not like at first. She is a brunette with average height. She has a tone that seems angry. You do not want to get on her bad side. In the unit gymnastics she does with you, she is very good at it. Coach Smith is a good coach. Meaning she will make you not lazy.
LUNCH SPOTS- Idk about the sixth grade but can tell you about seventh and eighth grade.
Around the west side there is a tiny path where there are two rows made of tan bricks. This tiny area is called " Asian Alley". Asian alley is made up of Chinese, Korean, Japenese, Indians and other asians. This place is very hard to walk through because of the many circles that are created. Topics you may hear about if you are eavesdropping. School, Perverted stuff, Parents, Crushes, there are more but i can't think of any more.
There is a place in the quad. Which has steps and then a roof top creating shade. In this shade area a group of skater boys or just maybe some popular boys sit. They usually leave trash laying.
In the area with lunch tables where not a lot of people sit, there are a variety of social classes. It includes the popular, the kinda in the middle, and the trouble makers.
On the South West side of the quad, there are lunch groups that are loud and quiet. The loud ones are made up of Caucasian, and Asians. These people are smart but don't talk about school constantly. The quiet are obessed with drama. I know this from experience.
The group i hang out with is awesome. Since lunch is so boring we tend to get a water bottle and throw it around and play keepaway. During this we make perverted jokes or rant bout something. ( u will most likely hear a " THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!!!" )
There are more areas with lunch groups but these are the most significant.
Oak Valley also has teachers too. But there are way too many to name right now. But it's teachers are good.
In my opinion of oak Valley Middle School, the school is quite boring but the people's hearts are good.
Hopefully the school will get more fun soon.
Normal teen #1:""Dude, is your school OVMS?"
