What is Owing?

"Owing", is a variation of the norwegian term "Andreas" that is most frequently used by the Lapp(A small minority in Norway, called "Samer" in Norway), and means "Mann with a small penis".
This variation of the word Andreas originates from a place in Norway called Kautokeino, and under the baptising ritual of newborn girls, the Lapp would usually sing "Owing, Owing, Owing, Owing....". Some times young boys would be mistaken for being girls, and that is were the term comes from. These poor boys usually gets the nickname "Owing" hanging over them for the rest of their lives.
