What is Pac Man Hand?

The result of an epic Pac Man gaming session. The hand is tight like a claw, and generally the thumbs, wrists and fingers are unusable. Like RSI, but with more immediate effects.
The condition can also be brought on by other arcade and console games especially if you are the competitive sort and are a bit heavy handed with the joystick/controller.
I only lost the game coz I had Pac Man Hand.
