a 3d artist, usually a novice, that feels the need to store excess polygons within a 3d model, for no good reason other than the fact that it's possible.
Did you see Ryan's model? he showed it to me and I just started pulling at the verts, and sure enough there was like 20 polygons in there! What a Pack Rat Modeler.
