What is Packerstan?

The geographical location bounded by Minnesota and Iowa to the West, Illinois to the South, Lake Michigan on the East and the U.P. on the North. Its capital is Madison (Madtown), but everyone knows the real capital is Green Bay.

Too bad there are no decent jobs in Packerstan. If there were, there wouldn't be as many Packerstanis invading the land of the FIBs.
