What is Packmule?

A person who kills all fun whatsoever and is extremely sensitive to all types of insulte towards them, big or small. They're basically a cross between a buzz kill and a bitch. They also overuse every single joke ever made.
"Hey, packmule, what's up?"
"GOD DAMN IT STOP CALLING ME A PACKMULE!!!"
This is the sensitivity part
"Hahaha, my dog can do a trick."
"My dog has cancer."
BUZZKILL
Whoop that trick becomes a popular saying. A packmule says it at least 10 times per minute and makes it completely not fun in anywhere from 6 to 16 days.
