What is Paichel?

The sort of straw that opens out at the end to enable both drinking and scooping of sundaes or drinks. Typically found in Starbucks or other coffee shops. Also the only known word to rhyme with the name "Rachel."
Pass me that paichel, please, for there is still ice cream at the bottom of my glass, and i would like to retrieve it!
