What is Pain Pong?

A variation of ping pong played shirtless. When one player loses a point their opponent is allowed to hit the ball at them.
Gym Teacher: Johnny I noticed you have several bruises, is everything all right at home?
Johnny: Oh ya, I just played a rousing game of Pain Pong last night.
