Phrase used as a last resort come back. Can also be used in place of such words like the F word, or STFU.
Example 1:
Friend: "Your Mom's so fat she has to put a belt on with a boomerang."
You: "Oh yeah? Paint cho' face!"
Friend: "Dang, I got burned..." =(
Example 2:
Friend: "My car is cooler than yours."
