after consuming one or both, proceads to stumble, mess up everything, feel up any person close to them, do any moronic dumb thing they can and pass out.
after that they get drawn on, tea bagged, make up, whatever you want to do.
Overall its just an absolutely hillarious event where someone is too messed up and does stupid shit and you do shit to them.
