(n.) A word used by second generation Ukranians who have a vague familiarity of the English language and although properly conceptualize the use of slang in social language use, improperly formulate words to express disdain for others.
"I drink vodka, hate Georgians, funnel oil to Europe, have no job and think you're a pamone."
