What is Pander?

1. To act as a go-between or liaison in sexual intrigues; function as a procurer.

This could be like a pimp or anyone who gets one party to have sexy feelings for another party who is already interested.

2. To cater to the lower tastes and desires of others or exploittheir weaknesses: “He refused to pander to nostalgia and escapism”
