The ultimate penguin bent on world domination. It is not invincible, but if it dies its soul takes over the next born penguin... When it becomes angry it grows a golden afro and is capable of impeccable physical feats. Also known for its Final Flipper attack.

Pangans are allies with turtles, chickens, and fish.

The elite Pangan army will take over the world.
