An endearing term, usually self imposed - to describe someone who suffers from panic disorder and anxiety, but is self aware - and does not subscribe to the sometines patronising "inner child" mechanics of psychology.
"Yeah, i know - I'm such a panic monkey"
"I was just being a panic monkey, no need for concern"
