A person who has been promoted from the status of douchebag and attained the vaunted title of pantsload. The nuts and bolts of it is the general comparison of a specific person to a pair of pants full of human shit.
"I've never seen Todd going down on the boss, but I wouldn't put it past him," stated Rodney. "Yeah, man, that dude will do anything to get ahead in the company. He's such a freaking douchebag," replied Stewart. "No Stewart," exclaimed Rodney. "He's way beyond a douchebag. Todd is a complete and utter pantsload."
