What is Papadave?

A person born of the weed of British Columbia. The illusive creature has been know to show up at parties with huge joints, looking like silentbob. These days, he retreats to his secret hide-out perfering to bake and get baked on his own. However his legend remains, as you hear stories from the locals. Far from burned out he's busy following the white rabbit, until his second coming is nessecary.
