-An alternate name for handicap parking spots
-A really bad attempt at parallel parking that results in your vehicle facing the wrong direction, being on a sidewalk, hitting another car etc.
Girl: "Oh look, there's a spot right near the entrance"
Guy: "No, wait...damn thats another paralyzed parking spot!"
Guy 1: "Park right between those two cars"
Guy 2: "I dunno if there's room..."
(attempt to parallel park is made, car ends up with right rear tire up on curb)
Guy 1: "Nice paralyzed parking there, moron"
