To be unreasonably or obsessively suspicious or mistrustful about something and at the same time experiencing worry, unease, or nervousness, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.
To be paranoid and anxious about something at the same time.
I'm very paranoid about dogs and very anxious about getting a chinchilla, so I must be very parananxious!
