A Tamil (Southern Indian) word which can be used to express two thoughts:
1. Individuals who rape children.
2. Terrorists from Pakistan who engage in violent activities within India.
That parimalam should go to jail for years.

A Tamil (Southern Indian) used to express contempt towards Pakistanis. The meaning is quite similar to "terrorist", "thief" and "liar." Perhaps one of the worst insults in the Tamil-Nadu language.
