Neighborhood located in the south east Bronx. Rising neighborhood becoming more and more middle class with the rent rising and neighborhood being well kept.

There has recently been an increase in the amount of South Asians spilling over from Castle Hill, and a decrease in violence.

person 1: I went to Parkchester last week for the first time in 5yrs yesterday and it was mad different than when I lived there.
