2. To take or be given part or portion: The guests partook of a delicious dinner.
But in the sisutaion of smoking
Guy 1: "Hey what are you doing?"
Guy 2: "Smokeing a j. you wanna partoke?"

To partake in the act of smoking cannabis or "marijuana". Par- coming from the verb partake and toke- the smoking of cannabis.
Ron: Hey Kenny are you going to smoke tonight?
Kenny: Nah, I shall not partoke today.
