Party Mess Edit Meaning

A genre of music , it could be a punk, ska, garage, oi! ,possibly hip-hop or anything related, but always upbeat with few expressions. It is a genre that is not so much about being serious and getting rich and famous, its more about having fun and partying and just not caring. Many bands were already like this before the word came. But in 2006 a singer of a band called "Afro Contest" came up with it.

"Afro Contest" is a Party Mess band"

Conservative Guy:"You guys need to get serious as a rock band"

Party Guy 2:"No we dont, being a Party Mess band is what i want."
