What is Pass Testicles?

Making fun of a person or a situation, often outside the awareness of the person or person(s) involved. This makes it funnier of course.
We would pass testicles with our physics teacher by hiding the ruler and passing it around class. It didn't help that he was an alcoholic and had no idea what the fuck was going on half the time.
