What is Passagreen?

passagreen" is word for an odorless, tasteless backwood poison extracted from mothballs, used in the rural South in the early 20th century, maybe later. The ingedient would have been naphtalin.
Delta-Bluesman and eye-witness to Robert Johnson's death-struggle David "Honeyboy" Edwards suggested that Johnson may have been poisoned with passagreen.
