Aka Penn State University. A place where the women may be dogs, but like every other Big 10 university, they are total sluts that put out with less alcohol than girls from other college conferences.
Penn State Student 1: I hate this concrete jungle of a college. Our football team finds a way to lose to Michigan (even though I still think it is a vast zebra-wing conspiracy), we're in the middle of nowhere and our girls are dogs.
Penn State Student 2: Our women may be dogs but they're easy pickings in Paternoville, especially after our TTT of a football team wins and they decide to get drunk.
