What is Pather?

Pather is a mexican father once he crosses the rio-grande into the United States. His kids can no longer refer to him as Padre, so they must learn to call him Father. Language constraints make a complete transition difficult however.

Mexi-son: Pather, did you have a good day at work today?

Mexi-dad: Chit, Mang! Leave me alone, ese. Simone....
