What is Pats-a-riffic?

Pats-a-riffic is a word to express how good something is (like teriffic only patysised).
It started by me calling my girlfriend pats-a-riffic (her name is patsy) and a few of her friends now use it for day to day things.
That book i read last night was pats-a-riffic.
