paully is a name for someone who refuses to accept he or she is getting older and older. for instance, somebody who is clearly over 30, even close to 40, and incessantly claims he's turning 21 the next day.

That guy is such a paully, doesn't he know he's too old to wear diapers?

If I didn't know better, I'd call her a paully, what with her tank top and 50 pounds gushing out over the sides of her low-cut jeans.
