What is Pavani?

A person, usually a girl, who is a know-it-all and often annoying. Pavanis' think that they are very mature though they creep most people out. They mostly have nothing to do and are considered to be 'weirdos' therefore they have no freinds and no life. They consider themselves to be sexy and hot, but they are the complete oppositelling someone a pavani is a big insult.
