A Term coined by Socal's poohcore legend "Armistice." Really "P-beat" is just a comical steal from the band discharge and the term "d-beat." P-beat stands for Pooh beat Armistice has become very well known for using winnie the pooh in most all of their logos and they are usually associated with the character winnie the pooh.Spawned off the term P-beat..es the word "pooh core." The term P-beat was actually thought up by Jeff Harp of Final Conflict.
