pbfffssst(noun)-A response that a low level intellect would give when that person doesn't have anything intelligent to say.
examaple- I hate when that shit sprayer Matt just stands around and says pbfffssst because he doesn't have anything interesting to contribute to the conversation.
example- "Pbfffssst", said Matt when he heard someone say something he could not converse with.
