(PDX-o-dus) Noun: (1) The swift and thorough departure from a place en route to Portland, Oregon. A combination of the Portland airport code (PDX) and the word 'exodus.'

(2) The resolute fleeing of a place in search of a friendlier, more prolific tech community. As in the sentence "The mess in the Best Buy parking lot was left behind by the PDXodus."

"Dude, did you see those five U-Hauls, 5 RV's, two car transport units, and video crew?"
