What is Peasnicka?

A salutation, or greeting. Please note, this word could also be a term for departure. The word could also be used in several different ways. Please see example.
Example 1:
Big Dude: "Aww man... work sucks today"
Bigger Dude: "Yeah, I'm 'bout to tell bossman peasnicka, I'm out"
Big Dude: "Aight then , freel do it"
Example 2:
Big Lady: " Yummm, this cake is sooo damn good"
Bigger Lady: "Damn, that look good, lemme git a peasnicka"
Big Lady: "Aight then"
