What is Pee Cat?

A useless cat, usually of "special" intelligence, that suddenly and permanently decides to urinate only on carpets, furniture and clothing rather than using the cat box. Such cats are banished for life to basements, garages and pet shelters.
That goddamn pee cat is pissing all over the place! Get rid of it!!
