What is Peecod?

A mentaly challenged peacock or person who will often hide under a dinner table or in a wal-mart to eat the cheerios of the poor person who gave them to it.
The frikkin peecod got into our house again!
That dang peecod is hiding in my neighbor's dollhouse!
