What is Peek-a-boo House?

n. A crack house with a peek a boo window in the back door. When a crackhead has no money and is in need of a fix he/she goes to the peek-a-boo house. They put their eye over the peek-a-boo window and the drug dealer punches them in the eye. While laughing with his thug friends the dealer drops the drugs through the milk chute.
"Why do all of the crack heads around here have black eyes?"
"There's a peek-a-boo house down the street."
